Cooperation Scenarios in Cooperative Multiple Access Channels
In this paper, we present preliminary results on achievables rates in half-duplex cooperative multiple access channels (CMAC). We show that the upper bound on the capacity of the half-duplex CMAC can be solved using convex optimization techniques. Under a Gaussian model, we study the maximal achievable rate by every node in the network. We propose a number of scenarios, encompassing existing an...
متن کاملCognition and Cooperation in Interfered Multiple Access Channels
In this work, we investigate a three-user cognitive communication network where a primary two-user multiple access channel suffers interference from a secondary point-to-point channel, sharing the same medium. While the point-to-point channel transmitter—transmitter 3—causes an interference at the primary multiple access channel receiver, we assume that the primary channel transmitters—transmit...
متن کاملBounds for Multiple-Access Relay Channels with Feedback via Two-way Relay Channel
In this study, we introduce a new two-way relay channel and obtain an inner bound and an outer bound for the discrete and memoryless multiple access relay channels with receiver-source feedback via two-way relay channel in which end nodes exchange signals by a relay node. And we extend these results to the Gaussian case. By numerical computing, we show that our inner bound is the same with o...
متن کاملOutage Probability Bound and Diversity Gain for Ultra-Wideband Multiple-Access Relay Channels with Correlated Noises
In this paper, Ultra-wideband (UWB) multiple access relay channel with correlated noises at the relay and receiver is investigated. We obtain outer and inner bounds for the IEEE 802.15.3a UWB multiple access relay channel, and also, a diversity gain bound. Finally, we evaluate some results numerically and show that noise correlation coefficients play important role in determining relay position.
متن کاملGaussian doubly dirty compound multiple-access channel with partial side information at the transmitters
In this study, the authors study a two-user Gaussian doubly dirty compound multiple-access channel with partial side information (GDD-CMAC-PSI) where two independent additive interference signals are considered, each one known noncausally and partially to one of the encoders but unknown to either of the receivers. This channel, first, can model two users communicating with two base stations suf...
